Language
The official languages of the Conference are Italian, English and French.
Lectures will be generally held in English.
Speakers of plenary sessions can choose one of the official languages to present their work.
Speakers of parallel sessions must present their work in English.
Simultaneous translation
Simultaneous translation into Italian, English and French will be available on 3-4-5 May, during all plenary sessions. During parallel sessions, translation will be available only in Room 1.
Name badge
Badges with participant’s name will be provided to all registered participants.
All participants are requested to wear the badge to access conference areas. Only badge holders will be admitted to scientific sessions and related events.
Internet access
Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel conference areas.
The WI-FI access is free.
Please, ask at the hotel reception or the Supporting Secretariat.
Supporting Secretariat desk
The Supporting Secretariat desk will be available at the Conference venue for welcome and assistance to participants.
The desk will be open according to the following hours:
2 May: from 16.00 to 18.00
3 – 4 – 5 May: from 08.00 to 19.00
Check in for registered participants
Registered participants are requested to go to the Supporting Secretariat desk to collect their badge and conference material.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance in pdf format will be sent by email to all registered participants at the end of the Conference.
Audio visual registration
Taking photographs and videos during the Conference is permitted only for personal use.
Participants may also share audiovisual contents with third parties, provided that it is not for commercial or profitable ends or for other purposes not strictly connected with the Conference.
The conference organizers may take pictures or record videos during the Conference.
By registering for the Conference, you grant ICFBR2022 Organization the freedom to photograph you during the Conference, and you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or your presence may be recorded by ICFBR2022 Organization or their partners. You also agree that we may include images of yourself, intact or in part, for purposes related to the Conference (Conference reports, publications, promotional activities). Please contact the Supporting Secretariat in case you wish to revoke your consent.
