How to register

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

Registrations must be done exclusively online through the Conference website. For safety precautions due to the pandemic, on site registrations and payments on the days of the Conference will not be available.

Online registrations will be available from 11th February to 26th April 2022 – 23.59 CET.

*Prices are per person, in Euros and VAT included.

PLEASE NOTE:

Do not register multiple delegates on the same form; submit a separate registration form and payment for each delegate.

For each abstract accepted, at least one author of the abstract should register for and attend the Conference to present the work.

Do not register more than once. For any corrections/modifications on your submitted registration form, please contact the Supporting Secretariat: congressi@esseevents.it.

Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons participating in field trip and social dinner. Please specify their names in the appropriate field of the registration form.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE

1. Click the REGISTRATION button and you will be directed to the online registration form
2. Conference fee is automatically selected; if you wish, add field trip and/or social dinner tickets for you and/or accompanying persons.
3. Click on CONTINUE REGISTRATION and you will view a summary of the selected items and the registration form.
4. Fill in the fields with your personal details and credit card information, and click on PLACE ORDER. You will be directed to the payment options.
5. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, click on BANK TRANSFER and submit the registration form. You will receive an email with instructions for payment.

PAYMENT

Registration fees should be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Guidelines for bank transfer payment

In case of payment by bank transfer, registration to the Conference will be effective only after receiving proof of the payment.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participants and must be paid at source in addition to the registration fee. Please make sure that all payments made by bank transfer are free of charge to the receiver.

 

INVOICING

Participants are required to fill in the section “INVOICING DETAILS” in the registration form. It is mandatory to send invoicing details, as Esse Events is required to issue an invoice for each paid registration fee.

Invoices will be issued within 10 days from receiving the registration form. A copy will be sent by email to each participant.

Should you have any special request for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when you register (by using the box “notes”), or contact directly the Supporting Secretariat once you have completed your registration.

Invoices will not be modified after being issued.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to congressi@esseevents.it.

Cancellations received by 31st March 2022, 23.59 CET:refund of the total paid amount
Cancellations received between 1st and 26th April 2022, 23.59 CET:refund equal to 80% of the paid amount
Cancellations received after 26th April 2022, ore 23.59 CET:No refund
Registration fees will be refunded deducted by bank expenses. Refunds will be made within 60 days from the end of the Conference (bank expenses charged to recipient).

SUBSTITUTIONS

If you are unable to attend the Conference for any reason, you will have the opportunity to send a colleague in your place.
Substitutions must be notified in writing to the Supporting Secretariat by sending an email to congressi@esseevents.it by 26th April 2022, 23.59 CET.
Substitutions notified after the deadline or onsite on the days of the Conference will not be accepted.
